Commando Experiences offers unique, flexible, exciting and highly enjoyable outdoor educational experiences that provide exceptional benefits not offered by any other company. Our mission is to share the experience of our highly skilled team and deliver outdoor education with a military twist, teaching children and young people invaluable life lessons through sport, adventure and, above all, fun. The programme has a wide range of great activities and problem solving to keep participants of all ages interested, engaged and craving more.

We have teamed with, and are trusted by various professional bodies including the Bear Grylls Gone Wild Festival, Blackpool and the Fylde College, Burnley High School, Painsley Catholic College, London Irish Rugby Club, Fleetwood and Blackpool Football Clubs community trusts and Sale Sharks Academy.
who we are
Established in 2019, Commando Experiences and Commando Rugby School is a unique outdoor focused education supplementary company registered to provide services to education with Lancashire County Council.
We deliver bespoke training days that utilise our exclusive Commando Attitude© to provide effective and relevant guidance to schools and colleges as well as sporting clubs and corporate events across the country. We also host holiday camps at various locations all over the UK along with birthday parties and corporate team building events at our bespoke forest area located in Thistleton, Lancashire.

Our multi-disciplined team has a wealth of experience in both sport and the military to create an exciting, challenging and ultimately rewarding experience for our campers.
All our staff are fully qualified coaches and/or teachers and the “Commando” element of our camp is run by fully trained currently serving (or ex) Royal Marine Commandos to provide an authentic taste of military life.
